MCDC is the owner of two office buildings in Largo, Maryland, directly across from the future home of Metropolitan Baptist Church. MCDC's Miracle Plaza Office Complex includes two (2) 20,000 square feet, three (3) story office buildings located on about 4 acres in a residential park-like setting at the intersection of Interstate I-495/95 and MD 214 (Central Avenue). These buildings provide ample free parking and are close to a new shopping center, new restaurants, hotels, new residential construction, the Prince George's Community College, the public library and many other amenities.

Cazzie Russell, head coach of the men’s basketball team at the Savannah College of Art and Design is known for a spectacular career at the University of Michigan (1963-1966.) His success there, coupled with that of the team, led to the construction of the Crisler Area — later referred to as “The House that Cazzie Built.”
